フィードバックを提供するWent back for another Cajun Fish Wrap today just in case the one I had last week was a one of. Nope! Today's was just as good as the one last week. Like the wrap, and the Cajun sauce is really what makes this good .... although it could be a little moreCajun-ey. Very good in any case!
This Arby's is possibly the best managed fast food place I've ever been in. It's clean! Great staff! Consistently very good food, for fast food. The Owner/General Manager obviously cares about his operation. A breath of fresh air in the fast foodplaces in Prescott!
This Arby's is the best fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Due to certain restrictions, I've mainly used the drive-thru, and I've always been greeted by friendly, helpful, and patient staff. My food orders are consistently accurate and served hot when appropriate. Thank you for your commitment to providing excellent service. Other restaurants could take note from your approach.
I absolutely love the sandwiches from this franchise, especially the French Dip! Each time I order it, it ends up being two meals for me—can you believe it? Two meals for under $6, and it tastes just as amazing the second time around as it did the first. The Reuben is also fantastic; I always request it on a bun, and it’s never a problem to have it made that way! And let’s not forget the Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich—yum! It’s a delightful and unique alternative to the usual burger.
The food was good, but the manager, Mike, yelling in the front was unnecessary. One customer asked for red sauce, but he didn’t hear him, so he went back to get it. Mike yelled at him to ask from the front instead. Additionally, he told another customer that they had to take their service dog outside, and when the customer clarified that it was a service dog, Mike said it could stay. I also noticed Mike drinking in the front area, which I believe is against the rules. On the positive side, the young man at the register provided excellent service and treated customers well; Mike could learn a lot from him. I would give the restaurant a five-star rating based on the staff, but Mike's behavior definitely needs improvement.
