Subway - Prattville

I always love coming to this restaurant because it feels fresh and has a clean environment. However, today's experience really stood out to me. A staff member named Brittany was exceptional with her customer service—very polite and attentive. She made sure everything was just right, including my sandwich, which was great. It's clear that the team here knows what they’re doing!

The sandwiches were excellent! However, there was quite a long wait as there was only one person working that day. She handled both making the sandwiches and processing payments. Everyone remained patient during the wait, and she performed admirably.

The staff was very friendly and quick! The sandwiches were prepared promptly and were delicious! I will definitely be back.
