Starbucks - Prattville

The coffee is fantastic! I love the blonde Americano—it’s my favorite! Plus, the service is always cheerful and friendly!

I was searching for an insulated 20-ounce reusable coffee cup that wouldn't spill, but I couldn't find one. I also looked for instant coffee, but Dieucks doesn't have large containers available. On top of that, Dieucks is quite expensive.

I arrived at the restaurant on a Saturday night at 8 PM, only to find it closed, despite online information and the sign on the door indicating it would be open until 9 PM. There were five employees inside, just cleaning. It seems outdated to use the pandemic as an excuse to close whenever they feel like it.

So bad, so bad, until today I've never had such a bad coffee?

The worst run starbucks ever, after 40 minutes waiting i finally asked for money back and others followed and asked for their money-back. Its not like they were busy , ten minutes or more calling a customers name to get drink .
