Publix - Prattville

I absolutely love Publix! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They offer amazing products, along with a fantastic bakery and deli. It's the perfect store for me since they have a great selection of international items. When you’re away from home, having your favorite food can really help ease feelings of homesickness! The store is always clean and well-kept, and the service is excellent!

The manager, Bill, at this Publix in Pratsville, AL, truly went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special. I live in St. Louis, MO, and I was trying to send some cupcakes to my daughter's college football team to celebrate their birthdays. In my conversation with Bill, I discovered that he had actually visited an alum from my daughter's college—what a small world! Not only did he personally deliver the cupcakes to their hotel down the street, but he also brought balloons in the school's colors along with a happy birthday balloon. This is a perfect example of Southern hospitality! Bill's helpfulness, kindness, and courtesy to someone he didn't even know made all the difference. I'm so grateful for his efforts, as it helped make my daughter's birthday celebration special even though her family couldn't be with her! Thank you again!

Publix is a fantastic store that's always clean, organized, and welcoming. I've visited many locations in the South, and I've never had a negative experience. It's refreshing to shop in such a tidy and friendly grocery store. Other retailers could certainly learn a thing or two about providing excellent service from Publix!

Everyone at this point was very friendly and very helpful. We had them a celebration of life for my brother in law and it was amazing with all the food they prepared together with the desserts and drinks. They are a very professional company and take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful customer service. You can also find unique items that aren't sold in any other grocery store. The fruit salad bar is so fresh. Made right on front of your eyes.
