Tavern In The Village - Prairie Village

I really enjoyed dining at the Tavern in the Village. I had the wedge salad, which was excellent, and the chicken primavera. My group also shared the chocolate cake for dessert. It was a wonderful meal, and the service we received was outstanding!

We had a wonderfully delicious brunch! After an early tennis match, we enjoyed a round of mimosas, coffee, and some healthier breakfast choices. We chose to sit outside, which was lovely, but we did have a bit of a fly problem. Still, the terrace was a nice option. We picked this place because it was the only restaurant open in the village at 10 a.m. on a Sunday. The prices were reasonable, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon!

Great service and awesome food. This was my first time here and we will be back for sure! I had the Tavern Huevos Rancheros. Muy Bueno! Our server Maggie J took awesome care of us as we tried to run the restaurant out of coffee ??

Got the soup(chicken tortilla) and wedge salad..to go. The very small ?cup? of cheese and maybe two soggy tortilla strips was comical. The wedge salad wasn?t close to equivalent to a wedge. If this would have been served at the restaurant we would have sent it back. The soup was okay but this meal was not acceptable on any level

I enjoyed The Tavern very much....The food was absolutely amazing! Beautiful presentation, and great portions. The staff was very nice, attentive and friendly. They made my 1st time a great experience. I will definitely be back!
