Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I visited Zaxby's on Powder Springs and was very disappointed. The food was cold and soggy, even though there was no line so it should have been fresh. The sandwich and fries I ordered had no seasoning at all, not even salt. The cheese on my sandwich was cold and not melted. I paid $20 for this subpar meal. The only good part was the water that came with it, but it was also the smallest size. They offered a refund if I brought it back, but I couldn't do that since I have type 1 diabetes and had already taken insulin. This was the second time this location had disappointed me. I've always been a fan of Zaxby's, but this experience has turned me off from ever going back.

I waited in line for 18 minutes, only to be told they were out of salads for the day. I ended up ordering a casual wing meal instead. When I got to the window to collect my drink, there was a protest going on. I waited for 9 minutes to receive my food, while the window cashier and drink server were on their phones. Finally, when I got my food, it was ice cold! The manager needs to remind the workers not to use their phones while on duty.

The food I have today was good. I'm not a fan to give the employees my name, just to order something huh. since I have an original name and since no one can speak it right, even after I spelled it for them, I asked that she call me at the number on my ticket. they would think I asked them to write code for the computer. she insisted that I give her my initials for ordering, if it requires much work to order chickens, I must find somewhere else to buy it.

Avoid this restaurant! I ordered boneless wings and fries, as usual, but was surprised by the high price. I drove around and took a picture of the board showing the old price. When I asked to speak with the manager, they just said prices had gone up. It would have been understandable if the new prices had been posted, but they weren't. This location overcharges customers. This Zaxby's is located at 1225 Powder Springs Road in Marietta.

Drive thru was little slow but the order was perfect. Best zalad I've had from any zaxbys in quite some time!
