Here's a sweat. her website said my order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I'll go in and they'll tell me it'll take 5 minutes before my order is finished. ends until she left 15 minutes before my simple order, only a combo, was ready. workers ignored the phone that waited for my order all the time when I held up. what a landfill.

Walking one and place was practically empty, but told internal orders last at least 1 hour and 15 minutes. the worker looked at me like I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner at midnight.

Waiting an hour past the expended carry out time none of my food was well done like I ordered and my fries were cold. Won’t be back to this location

Decent...same problem eith fried not cooked right.You can put extra season on your order...theyll put no seasoning on it.Also of your ordering ubereats. Maybe call them and tell them not to forget your dipping sauce.Even if you ordered and paid for extra sauce...make sure you call and tell them not to forget.2 times ive had to drive over there after recieving my order through ubeats because they forget ALL of the dipping sauce(ranch and bluecheese).Sounds trivial...but when you got 6 people and you paidnfor exra it really frustrating.

Ordered pick up got three out of five orders correct. Two were missing completely got two orders that were absolutely not ordered. Disappointing customer service. After calling to report the problem they were not willing to do anything to make it right! What an easy fix for them right? Willing to drive back to pick up the two correct orders that were missing they told us no
