Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen

The chicken was excellent—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. However, the sides lacked flavor, and the biscuits were quite dry.

This is the second time I've encountered missing items and substitutions that were made without consulting me first to ensure they were acceptable. This will be my last order from this restaurant.

We ordered the Big Sandwich Bundle, which came with three spicy sandwiches and one regular sandwich. Everything was fantastic! The chicken tenders and sandwiches were incredible, and the mac and cheese was spot on. They even included two ranch dressings! It truly exceeded our expectations!

I received my order without any of the sauces I had paid extra for. The frozen lemonade I ordered wasn't very cold either. The chicken was old and dry, and the ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp Combo was greasy and lukewarm.

The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. Maharani, the manager at store 535 in Poughkeepsie, was very friendly and ensured that we were happy with our meal. She even treated us to a complimentary dessert and offered refills on our drinks. The staff was also pleasant and attentive. I will definitely be returning to dine there again!
