Domino's Pizza - Pottstown

So, overall decent service, my only concern was my delivery driver was stopped in front of my house for about 5 minutes food from their own. Not only that she licks her fingers, but she did not even use hand-sanitizer after the fact.

I placed an order an hour ago, and the food hasn’t even left the restaurant yet. With children limited to virtual learning and their schedules, it’s frustrating to see that my order could have been canceled 10 minutes ago. It’s a pity because this place used to be great.

I attempted to order stuffed cheese bread again and was tracking my food online. When I arrived at Domino's, there was an option to indicate that I was there to pick up my order. I clicked that I had arrived, but after waiting for five minutes, I decided to go inside. Frustrated, I asked the staff why they give you the option to say you're there when no one comes out to get your food. She replied that they didn't know someone was waiting. I couldn't believe it—this is the third time I've had the same experience and been told I had to come inside to get my order. They even asked me for the color and make of my vehicle. She insisted they were hardly busy, yet there were at least four people in the place. It's disappointing. I really dislike this location, but since my grandson loves it, I feel like I have to keep coming back. Otherwise, I'd find another pizza place.

Great food and timely. Only complaint is for some reason they often forget to deliver with condiments such as icing or salad dressing. First time it happened I called them but they said they were to busy to bring it so I don't call anymore.

Every time I order from here, I swear the pizza just gets better. It's always perfect—hot, fresh, and delivered right on time. I'm really impressed. The staff is fantastic!
