フィードバックを提供するI wish I could give this place no stars at all. The meal was absolutely terrible. To start, they served me a soda that didn’t even taste like soda, but I tried to let it slide. Then, the French fries were stale, like they had been made that morning and just forgotten about. Honestly, they were the worst fries I've ever had! My husband’s Double Whopper was sloppy, cold, and looked like something our 5-year-old daughter could have assembled. To top it off, my Double Cheeseburger was missing a whole patty—yes, missing! So instead of a double, I ended up with just a single burger. This entire experience was a complete disappointment and a waste of time and money. It was an epic fail; the quality of work here shows a complete lack of effort or consideration for customers.
This store get an order correct less than 50% of the time. Super frustrating.
Here’s the king! Not for its burgers, but for its world-record waiting times in the drive-thru. I understand that more people have been using the drive-thru lately, but I believe a business should be able to address service bottlenecks. In my case, it took 10 minutes just to place my order. Then I overheard the car at the payment window checking their order because it wasn’t right. It took 5 minutes before someone went to get the manager, who finally arrived 3 minutes later. During this time, I noticed at least 5 or 6 cars leave the line due to these delays. I was jealous and wanted to leave too, but I was stuck in the slow crawl toward the double-lane drive-thru. I sincerely hope that improvements can be made in the future to enhance the efficiency of taking orders correctly the first time, along with quicker management intervention when issues arise. I suppose next time I'll just park and walk in to place my order; it seems much faster. I’m giving it two stars because when I finally received my food, it was quite delicious.
I hadn't visited this Burger King in over a year and was surprised to find a brand new restaurant. Although the inside was closed, they thoughtfully added two drive-thru lanes in the new layout. I don't think this made the process any faster, as the same person was taking orders from both lines, but it should help reduce the overall wait time. The food was good, but the service was slow; it took over ten minutes from the time we arrived in line to receive our meal. Additionally, they messed up my order by forgetting the cheese on my wife's burger. I had placed the order online, and it was clearly marked on the bag, yet they overlooked it. They really need to work on improving their service speed and order accuracy.
The drive-thru line was extending all the way to the road. I called to see if I could come in and order, and the girl on the phone said it was fine. After parking, I went inside but was left waiting for a while. Eventually, I was informed that I couldn't place my order inside and had to go through the drive-thru instead.
