Definitely improved since visiting in the beginning of the year when there was never butter for take away muffins. Last visit had no cinnamon for coffee. Need to stock up. Staff friendliness has improved as well

Apparently the staff is ignorant and oblivious to their promises of free WiFi. Quite busy for you to expect to receive fine service. Try another coffee shop.

Asked Barista not to over heat my milk but arrogance is high at this mugg and bean, and the barista always knows best
