Supermac's - Portumna

While on vacation with my family, we decided to grab some food at Supermacs Portumna. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. During our visit, there was an incident with another customer (which I won't delve into, as it was just one of those things that could happen anywhere). However, a staff member named Olivia went above and beyond to resolve the situation for us. What could have potentially spoiled our holiday turned into a memorable experience, all thanks to Olivia, the superhero from Supermacs Portumna!

Always worth a stop for a portion of curried chips memories of teenage years in Ireland still taste good

Staff very good service was quick and clean, we were a group of 10 with one child, staff made us feel very welcome. Food was excellent

We ordered curry chips, pizza, some beef and chicken burgers and drinks. All food was cooked to order, so it takes a little long. But, staff at this location are always pleasant, and the food is always tasty!

Food is good but today I ordered lady was rude I was in the middle of making an order and she walked away while I was in mid order when I said I wasn’t finished she said oh go on and wasn’t very nice she said yeah I got the rest I don’t understand what her problem was it was bad service from her
