Chiquito Portsmouth Gunwharf Quay

I have tried to call the restaurant to discuss this and it will always voicemail. we ordered a beef-chali, a south-fried chickenburger and some ribs. the burgers and ribs should come with a separate part of chips. only one part came in. the burger should have Slav and nothing came. this command came from gunwharf. we live less than 10 minutes away and the order we received was very cold until it arrived and needed to be heated in the microwave. we didn't get all the things we had paid for. (chips and raids) and we had waited long until the order arrives. we are not very happy with the quality of the foods that arrived (it was obvious that it was reheated to begin with. the burger was not even hit and not the chips we revived what was the half of the order). I have tried to ring the restaurant directly, but it will continue to phone around 10.30 clock not very happy and will not order our recommending restaurant to anyone. we will encourage all those who do not order them again.

The food was delicious, but our waitress, Callie, was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire dining experience even better for us. We would definitely come back.

Gote eating and cally was nice waitress, she was very personal and fun to chat with. the chimichanga was perfect and quite filling.

I am sorry to say that I was not impressed with the service at this restaurant. We ordered three beers, but were served four. The waitress acknowledged the mistake and offered the fourth one for free. However, when we asked for the bill, they tried to charge us for all four drinks. The waiter then consulted with the manager, who initially insisted that we pay for the extra drink. After some arguing, the manager eventually agreed to reduce the cost. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant again.

Visited with a few friends for a birthday and had such a lovely time. Our waitress was great and really made us laugh, she had such a lovely way about her, we think she said her name was Cally? But she was really lovely and...gave such great service. Food was delicious, shared paella, fajitas and burritos and was all piping hot and really tasty. We’ll be returning again soon, thanks!
