Taco Bell - Portsmouth

Service was worth the drive, I use to go to the taco bell on airline blvd. But the service at this taco bell across from the Chesapeake Square mall is far better with less attitude.

This Tacoglocke is ALWAYS ON POINT! I have never seen that they get an order wrong, they have you to check the screen for accuracy, always friendly, always reasonable or better at speed, super safe during this pandemic... My only mistake is when it rains hard to reach the hard drive by car... Otherwise this place would be a perfect 10

Ordered a cheesy fiesta potato and a spicy potato soft taco. Both were completely inedible and had me gagging. You could tell that the potatoes had been sitting out for way too long and were the equivalent of trying to gnaw through beef jerky. Very disgusting, I guess the staff doesn't care about the quality of the food, the concept of freshness seems to go right out the window after lunch hour time frame. I am taking pictures of both the date/time and the food, will be returning and expecting a refund for such poor choice to serve that stale mess rather than do the right thing and prepare potatoes that are actually capable of being eaten.

I've never had such wonderful personal service as I have had at this location. The managers and assistant managers have made it a personal effort on their employees in themselves to offer up an extra word of encouragement extra word of greeting an extra word of thanks
