Pizza Factory - PORTOLA

My only complaint is that sometimes they do not answer the phone.

The restaurant has improved since the last owner, but the prices could be more affordable. They do not offer online coupons like most pizza places. The customer service is hit or miss, with some employees being friendly and efficient, while others seem unhappy and make mistakes with orders. I had an issue with my order due to a tomato allergy, but the staff were reluctant to remake it until I insisted. The new owner is nice, but more attention should be paid to employee and customer interactions. Since my last review, the employees have improved and are more attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the place have also improved.
