フィードバックを提供するAfter waiting over 30 mins for my food to arrive (it was a steak, so really 15 mins is more than enough), it was burnt to a crisp, despite asking for medium.Of course it had to go back...for another 10 mins I was told. And sure enough a new steak arrived within 10 mins!Sadly whilst cooked to medium it was really tough...for a filet mignon, and I'd had such tender filets for half the price just a week or so before. By now i was tired and the hunger had passed. I had a few mouthfuls but gave up.This isn't my usual choice, but being already tired and hungry I wanted to eat quickly. It was also not cheap by Brazilian standards. $55Rs for one serving.I wouldn't recommend this place...but some you win some you lose!
I went to Morocha which is a dancing place. A blues band was playing. Very good, a lot of fun and attentive staff. There is another kind of rhythms such as rock on Saturdays. It starts at 11:00pm, local time.
Morocha is a staple of Arraial nightlife... Ok, it practically IS Arraial's nightlife. It is quite pricey for dinner and the food wasn't great. And for dancing... Well it depends on what band is playing. On a Sunday you might have a blues band and a very calm, laid back atmosphere.... On a Saturday, you'll probably have a local rock or covers band and it will be slammed and buzzing.Good drinks and friendly staff!
I loved the drinks. The restaurant is very confortable and has band playing great songs. Great place to dance. The night the restaurant is packed with beautiful people and lively.
Great atmosphere, amazing food, we ordered the shrimp club and it was enough for me and my husband, the shrimps were exactly as they are supposed to be, not hard, not soggy. Piña Colada, strawberry daiquiri and classic drinks but also Jagger bombs and very Brazilian Caipirinhas. The staff was really nice, pop rock playing. Will definitely be back during the weekend!
