Great food, impeccable service. love the bistro ambience and this is one of our favorite Portland restaurants.

Isa is a cozy neighbour bistro. they are characterized by mixing crumbling and seasoning exactly with the main product of the dish. some restaurants try to send about it. their desserts are always fabulous. the personal is friendly and knowledgeable.

Every bite was delicious! something for everyone on a pleasantly limited menu. about the top salads and desserts. many thanks to all employees

Her wobbly soup was the best I ever had! the main course was delicious and the coconut cream for dessert was fantastic! we were here several times, and it is never disappointed! it has become one of my favorite restaurants in the large area portland!

Our first time and we will go back! Small but elegant.
