Zappo?s Pizza - Portland

I was skeptical of the food when coming to Portland, but Champ Pizza put some of my worries to rest as it was an excellent pizza for a decent price. Definitely will be a go to from now on

Nasty food feces on bathroom walls and sink even after I notified staff hostess had dirty hands and chipping nail polish

The pizza is mediocre, not terrible not awesome. What prompted me to write this review is we ordered cinnamon bites and they tasted like garlic with cinnamon on them. We didn’t try them until the day after we ordered as we got them for breakfast. When I called and asked about a replacement or refund, I was told they couldn’t do anything since I hadn’t come right back in that evening. I had no way of knowing they were gross until the next day so I guess make sure your order is 100% correct and nothing is off as soon as you get it home? It’s frustrating because now I’m out $12. They literally offer free cinnamon bites if you sign up for an email, so I don’t understand why replacing them would be such a big deal. I have no desire to scam a local business out of some freaking bites, but thanks to that interaction I definitely won’t be back.

I waited for my order that was supposed to be ready at a specific time. They told me another 10 minutes II waited for my order that was supposed to be ready at a specific time. They told me another 10 minutes. I waited 15 went back in then they tell me there’s 3 to 5 pieces ahead of mine even though they told me my pizza was already made, and that I was waiting for a cheesy order, I have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes so I just cancel my order and tell me that’s not possible
