What’s the point of having “hours of operation” and an “open” sign if you’re not open during that time?Pick the hours you want to be open advertise them and the actually be open during those hours. It’s not that hard.

This is my favorite food cart in Portland. Their food is spot on. Flavors always great and quality of meat is very good. Wish they were open more hours! Owner has a great spirit as well

Was craving j chicken and they definitely didn’t disappoint! Tried the j chicken and a waffle. Chicken was moist and flavorful, just the right amount of heat, and expertly seasoned. The sides were all equally as amazing. The waffle was also on-point, even after a 15 minute drive home!Glad to have found this place, I’ll definitely be back!

Got the j chicken and it was amazing! Everything was delightful. Even the coleslaw was good, and I don't even like coleslaw! 10/10 would eat again!

We were so delighted to find this place. The food is excellent and the owner/operator is very personable. I always get the Reggae Bowl. The chicken has the right amount of heat for me, the salad dressing has the right amount of tartness and rice and peas are soft and well seasoned. My husband varies his choice and likes to try the Saturday special. This week it was Chicken Stew with bone-in chicken thigh and he loved it. He also loves the Oxtail.Everything we've tried has been great. Their hours are limited so check before you go. But do go.
