Ex Novo Brewing Co. - Portland

Ex Novo was the first bar we visited on our Oregon coast trip, and it was easily the best one we went to on our trip. The bartender kept us entertained the whole time with good chat about the beer, some cool history and pour styles and some good places to grab a bite to eat. Love the atmosphere and location. Recommend this spot for sure.

They no longer serve food at this location, just snacks. You can bring in food from a nearby food cart pod. Beer is great.

The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the service was top notch. We did not have our child with us, but we are pleasantly surprised with the changing stations in the bathroom.

Always great folks working there, pouring great beer! The pizzas are delicious. I tried the $11 smoked trout dip for the first time and while it tasted good, I'd skip it. ?

I went to this brewery in Portland because I read in a blog that they give 100% all their money to charity so I thought I wanted to be a part of it . Otherwise I have never imagined trying the best stouts of my life . I have been trying different microbrews from Baja to California since I?m a craft beer lover and the taste impress me . I just enjoyed so much this bar , the decoration and the staff that if I come back to Portland I will totally visit this place again
