Burger King - Portland

Guilty pleasure. I can see this fast-food king from my office window and often catch a whiff of his delicious grilled offerings throughout the day. While Burger King isn't my top choice when it comes to fast food cravings, the convenience of being nearby brings me in occasionally, especially since I get a discount as an employee of the neighboring business. A tip: those new chicken strips are surprisingly good, and the new Kung Pao dipping sauce tastes just like what you'd get from a Chinese takeout!

I was really disappointed with the burgers. You’d expect them to use real cheese, but instead, they opted for some low-quality processed version that tastes awful and falls apart at the slightest touch. On top of that, they slathered on so many sauces that the burgers look and taste unappetizing. I really wish they would invest in genuine ingredients and put more effort into making their burgers.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was quite rude when I asked to use the bathroom to change my toddler, who had a messy accident. They insisted that I had to make a purchase in order for the lady to unlock the bathroom door for me. Despite my request, she wouldn't even give me the key to let us in. To make things worse, the bathroom was dirty and didn't have a baby changing station.

Possibly the worst customer service ever.. went through the drive thru...kalani took my order and was the most unfriendly person I 've had to deal with in a while... no hi... nothing friendly about her... I would suggest either getting someone with good customer service or retrain kalani...smh

Hey Burger King, its bad enough that you still use instant shake machines...but then the workers dread cleaning these machines so much that they shut down the shakes at 11 pm at this location so they can start. i just spent $12 for a cab to drive me here so i can get food in drive thru.....i was so happy to finally eat when i got home....the fries were so good but i thought there would be more in bottom so l ate them all before i got to the burger. .....they shorted my Fries.....then i started eating burger only to have mustard and mayonnaise pour into my mouth from two wet soggy buns and they had only put lettuce, onions, pickles and jalapenos on the burger.....no meat, no cheese, no middle bun....omg im so mad right now, i got screwed in drive thru because I was mad that they shut down their shake machines at 11pm at this location....
