Applebee's Lloyd Center - Portland

This restaurant is a reliable option for a casual night out. The happy hour appetizers were fantastic; we tried the chicken wontons and mozzarella sticks, which were excellent choices. For our main dishes, we ordered the chicken fajita wrap and chicken parmesan. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. We also played a fun game on the tablet at our table. However, we were surprised to find a $2 charge for using it, which we didn't expect. It would be better if they informed customers about this fee, especially since they promote the tablet so heavily. They might want to reconsider that policy.

The food was absolutely delicious. I usually have sensitive taste buds, so I informed the waiter, who communicated with the chef, and I was well taken care of. They served the sauce on the side, allowing me to dip my chicken without being overwhelmed by it, in case it was too strong for me. The waiter also ensured that I had plenty of noodles to accompany my meal. I was pleasantly surprised when the chef came out to let me know they had adjusted the sauce to make it milder, which made my dining experience enjoyable. I truly felt valued and appreciated throughout the meal. The level of customer service I received was exceptional; this is the best service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly! Our waitress, Emily, was both patient and accommodating. When the computer failed to send our appetizer to the kitchen, she informed us we could remove it from our order without any charge. We will definitely be returning!

This was yummy all around. They have the best spinach dip! The food was seasoned to perfection as well as savory. My veggie burger tastes really good and everything else was mouth watering. Out host was so funny and down to earth. He was mellow and paid close attention to us. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We ate here on September 6, 2018. The service was great. It was my mom's 89th birthday and the waitress Diane asked the manager if we could have their new dessert for mom's birthday celebration. The dessert was delicious. (sorry..can't remember the name of it). A fritter with cinnamon apples and vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce! Oh yeah...our lunch was delicious also!
