My latte, even with simple syrup and cinnamon, was bland and bitter. Overall, I was disappointed. This coffee shop came highly recommended.

Cool space to hang out in, downtown near the waterfront. Drinks were well made. The pumpkin pie latte was warming and tasty. The matcha latte was well balanced and creamy. The pastries were okay. I would go back for the well made drinks and chill vibe. The only thing was that there wasn't any music playing when I was there so you could hear any little throat clearing and spoon resting on a plate. Might be nice to have some music playing next time!

I work a few blocks from the cafe and I go during most people's breaks. The people at 40 LBS are quick and friendly. Great drinks!

It offers fantastic coffee and very cool and comfortable environment.
