Its a local pub, ten mins walk from porth town centre. NOT AN ACTUAL HOTEL. Its very basic, but it serves the function of a place for locals to meet and have a drink while watching sports. Dont expect anything special. Saying that, the drinks were cheap and the upstairs area is reasonably spacious for events and the location hostes plenty of concerts.

Turned up at 22.10. Door locked. Nobody would open the door, despite people looking at us through the window (there was a sign saying door locked at 22.30, but it was much earlier than this! There were even people outside with wristbands who had paid money to get in, they had gone out for a cigarette, and weren't allowed back in! Complete waste of time. Went to Cymmer Club where everyone was friendly and welcoming.

It's great venue, lovely people and staff. Great prices .... Major down side is the toilets, no disabled, gents only has 1 cubicle (no lock, no light) venue is up about 25 steeeeep stairs and toilets are down.
