Vientiane Cuisine - Porterville

This restaurant is the best in Tulare County! They serve the most excellent chicken pho. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to try authentic, delicious food.

If you're in the mood to explore something a bit different, this is the spot for you. The food and drinks strike the perfect balance between flavor and homestyle comfort. I highly recommend the Vietnamese salad and Pho, and don't forget to try the Thai coffee as well!

The pho was excellent, but the server had a bit of an attitude. Other than that, I really enjoyed the pho and the chili sauce.

Used to be a great place.... food is good still. The new staff (specifically the 2 ladies) are horrible at their job. The first time we delt with them it was busy so I figured it was that. Today it was pretty slow and they still made us wait FOR EVERYTHING (utensils, drinks, had to ask for refill, had to ask for our food because they seemed to have forgotten to bring the rest of it). It wasn't just us, a few of the tables near by had to go get refilled themselves. Avoid coming here if those 2 are serving.

Food is good, service depends of the servers. If it’s the two women currently working at this place they seem to have an attitude and are stand offish. Literally had the menus just tossed at us.
