フィードバックを提供するThey should learn a thing or two about customer service from the Hanford location. They served two people before me, and I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order. Also, I noticed that no one was wearing gloves, which I thought was a standard practice in food service.
I used to really enjoy Jamba and visited frequently, but lately, it feels like the quality has significantly declined. I ordered a drink, and all I could taste was ice. Given the prices, that’s not acceptable. I understand you can ask them to remake it, but that shouldn’t be necessary, and unfortunately, I didn’t realize there was a problem until I had already left.
Jamba Juice is fantastic! Their drinks are delicious, which makes up for the slightly long lines.
I really don't want to give Porterville Jamba Juice any stars but, I'm forced to Rate the business. Seems like every time I go into this location the gals that work there are soooo rude. I always leave there thinking I will never go back and when I do I'malways reminded why I shouldn't. If the owner is reading this review you should talk to your staff about courtesy and how theyshould appreciate the people that come through your doors. Its the customers that enables them to collect a paycheck!!! Youshould probably think about re-staffing.
I love Jamba juice but today was terrible. Ordered my go to peanut butter mood and a orange dream machine. Wow, they came out like slush drinks. Went back to ask if they could make them over. When I got the news ones the peanut butter mood was on pointbut the organe ones came out worse. Taste like they added ice super watered down...no flavor
