Asked for.swiss cheese wedges got potatoe wedges. Rang was offered an exchange but not bothering walking back in the cold. Got a call if I want a refund but well its okay just not what I ordered.

I would not eat here again. I was charged 25 euros for a pizza and spice bag, but after I found hair in my food, they only refunded me 7 euros.

The service was extremely poor and the staff were rude. The chips were overcooked and lacked any seasoning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I ordered a pizza from Q Pizza today and was almost finished eating when I found a long hair in it. I called to request a refund, but they refused and hung up before I could explain further. I then went to the Q Pizza location, where the staff member was quite rude and only offered me a refund of €7, even though I had paid €25 for the pizza.
