Taco Bell - Portage

I love they were open last night. The food was good for quick food the Mexican pizza is back! The food was made fresh when we got it. Overall, pretty good job. Of course, they have made the order a little, but it has still cost well (we have not received any food from a reraurant in the last 2 years that was not wrong or somehow messed up, so that was to be expected). The drive thru was the only thing that was open when we arrived there, they already had all the lights on the building except the drive-thru menu, so it really looked like it was closed, we were almost gone first until we actually saw a few employees in the building. We'll be back here for the late night eating snacks.

The food is typically prepared correctly on the first try, and the staff is always friendly. During my last visit, they closed at 11 PM, so make sure to arrive before then! By the way, it seems they're currently hiring, and I really enjoy my late-night tacos. If you're interested, please consider applying so they don't have to close early! It's a fantastic place to work. Who doesn't love tacos? Seriously, people... TACOS!!!

I visited the restaurant on April 30, 2022, around 10:45 PM, and I had the pleasure of being served by Aaron, the night shift manager. The customer service I received was absolutely the best I've experienced at any fast food restaurant. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and demeanor. Aaron sets a great example for the rest of the team. Unfortunately, many places, especially restaurants and retail stores, often face staffing shortages, and the service can be lacking. However, my visit was a refreshing change. I hope to encounter him again in the future, as he exemplifies outstanding service and truly stands out in a positive way!

I visited the Taco Bell in Portage, Wisconsin, and I'm planning to go again this week. My experience was pretty good. On April 23, 2022, at 3:45 PM, my meal was still warm and tasted great when I got home. I wish I had a bit more time to enjoy it, but it was definitely worth it.
