Antique Kitchen Family - Portage

Went for a quick breakfast, coffee was hot. Would have liked flavored creamer but got half and half instead, no fault of theirs though. If I wanted it I could have asked, it wasn't that big a deal so I didn't bother. Service was prompt and polite. Food came faster than expected and was good. I had an omelette my son had the pancake combo, both were cooked well. No complaints at all, nice little place to grab breakfast or lunch for that matter. Straight forward food and prices with great hospitality too.

Great diner. Breakfast omelets, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, toast, coffee were good. Flavored creamer available. Friendly, fast service. Relaxed dining room with plenty of seating and can accommodate large groups.

It is definitely not the fantastic restaurant so the low reviews are here because, it is more of a southern type feel ma pa typa shop. It's good old country style food, lots of butter, lots of love, very good filling food not really for health addicts, so people here say it's fatty are likely health freaks because honest antique cuisine offers very friendly nice people with their service is their food always hot, ready, tasty, on time when I order it.

I've been going there for over twenty five years and always satisfied with they're food and service.
