Smashburger - Port Washington

Food is always great, staff is super friendly. They do tend to get your order wrong but they go above and beyond to rectify by giving you the correct items.

I made me laugh I paid $20 and change for a combo and they don't even give you napkins the almost give a piece of sand paper

Always mess up my order. 3rd time ive been. Staff is super rude and rushing for absolutely no reason. Horrendous service, extremely unwelcoming, do not recommend. This town has places with food just as good if not better owned by people who actually care about their work and customers.

Ordered through Grubhub and food was ice cold. Order was not followed. I heard such good things about this place and I was let down. Go to a diner instead.

Love the burgers here !! For a chain they are great ! Had the smash burger with a fried egg and a side of haystack onions. They also make great ice cream shakes. Try a smash burger if you haven't had one yet. You'll be a believer
