Burger King - Port Richey

Clean inside but they forgot part of my oder, very pleasant on drive thru but I requested a soft serve cone with chocolate topping and was told they could not do this. When I went inside I noticed an employee making a soft serve beverage with chocolate topping so I'm confused at to why I was denied this item. I was inconvenienced and lied to. I expected better burger king ?

Regular cheese burger is better than other fast food reg. Cheese burgers.

I can’t give better stars then this at this location because of the terrible service I have had here in the past. However I can say that this particular time the food was better and the service was getting better. In the recent past this particular Place was terrible and customer service was horrible and the food was not up to par as far as I am concerned. But like I said I think that it is getting better with better employees then a few months ago and better customer service. I will give them a try a few more times just to make sure before I give them a better review. As for now all I can say is they are getting better. The Impossible Burger was really good this time!

Horrible, Horrible expierence. I will never set foot in a Burger King for the rest of my life. We payed for the online order on a credit card before we arrive. Nasty attitude manager says I don’t have an order in that name. I called my bank on the phone and they said the approval went through 18 minutes ago. She says I don’t have an order in that name. There are no other pick up orders ZERO! After 20 minutes of back and forth phone calls with visa, she admits there’s an order they’re under a different name my son’s name. It’s the only pick up order. She was nasty with the attitude the whole time I would not set foot in this Burger King if it was the last restaurant on the planet earth. she knew the entire time that there were two chicken sandwiches there for pick up and she never mentioned that it was under another name and she did it with a smile on her face and this is what gives fast food restaurants a bad name adios mother—— !!!!

Had the new Whopper with Swiss and bacon, OMG sooooo good, hope they keep this one!!Onion rings were a bit salty this time but still yummy ? clean eating and prep areas, friendly cashiers, food delivery fairly quick with a smile ?
