Burger King - Port of Spain

I never feel busy with the employees who are obviously overworked. Management must be blind or incompetent...... This business model is not sustainable.

I always visit burger king in movietown it's one of my favorites because of the ambience and location, the staff always friendly, but on this day the trainees were out so it a learning process for them so the service was a bit slow and the sandwiches which we ordered was not up to par but I laughed it off because being on the job the first day I know how that could be... but I will always be going back there

The AC was on low with all that heat. I also purchased from Popeyes, the shrimp and tenders and did not receive my sauce.

Burger King, Arima.My grandfather went to purchase burgers for my daughter and myself as I'm not feeling well, I was on the phone with him when he placed the order, the $55.00 burger combo. However when I opened it, I received the chicken sandwich. I tasted that once, and promised never to eat it again. The meat is like cardboard, it's salty, over fried, absolutely no taste. The sauce used in the sandwich has no taste either. Please do something about this.

Horrible... never eating here again....the veggie burger is the worst thing I even eaten..taste like cardboard....secondly not everyone likes pickles so I would be nice to ask the customer if they want it on their burger....the fries are dry ...why ?....and what dont you all have ketchup for the customers to use.... no ketchup....and tasteless pepper sauce...worst experience ever.Go waste your money there.
