フィードバックを提供するUnder normal circumstances, Pasta D'Angelo supplies gourmet pasta products to the food service industry in western Canada. According to them, they manufacture and provide gourmet fresh and frozen pastas using classic Italian recipes. Due to reduced demand during the ongoing pandemic, they recently opened sales of some of their products to the general public. Here’s what we enjoyed: two bags (850 g each) of Seafood Agnolotti, which is a large ravioli-style pasta filled with gourmet ingredients, and a 950 g tray of Vegetarian Florentine Lasagna, featuring layers of pasta sheets, vegetables, and cheeses. Both dishes were easy to prepare and serve, allowing us to savor every bite. The flavors were delightful, and I didn’t feel the need to add any sauces—just a touch of butter on the Agnolotti was perfect. The lasagna was especially memorable, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that we all loved. A big thanks to my daughter and Pasta D'Angelo for making our Mother's Day dinner such a delicious experience!
The BEST pasta I have ever tasted is from Pasta D'Angelo.
This establishment primarily serves as a pasta supplier for upscale restaurants, but they are occasionally open to the public on Saturdays. They offer a variety of homemade pasta dishes, including ravioli filled with mushroom, squash, seafood, and more, as well as lasagna, gnocchi, and other options.
