Panago Pizza - Port Moody

We have ordered the delivery from here a few times, pizza always shows up fast, fresh, hot and tasty. but not sure why they don't seem to honor the no contact delivery option.

Unfortunately, every single time I have ever picked up from this location the service is insanely slow. I always show up at the intended pick up time, and I always wait 10-20 minutes longer than I am supposed to. The customer service is lacking as well and the workers are quite rude. After today, I will not be ordering from this location again.

Terrible pizza. Pizzas always covered in bubbles and the driver rang my doorbell on a zero contact call on arrival delivery while my baby was sleeping. When he actually called me on the second time when they had to resend my pizza because almost my entire pizza was a bubble I told him to leave it st the door but inteas he stood there and handed it to me. Same guy. Second pizza was also covered in bubbles. I think between the two pizzas I had 5 sluves of pizza that were good enough to eat but EVERY SINGLE SLICE HAD BUBBLES ON IT. This new owner is clearly worse than the last New owner. It's really sad to see how downhill this panago went after Vaughan sold it. That man took great pride in his restaurant. Those pizzas never would have left the store under his watch. It's a real shame.

So impressed with my delivery man. I think it was the nicest most genuine delivery ive ever received! I wish i had tipped him more! I ordered the food to arrive at 7pm and it arrived at exactly 7pm. The pizza is delicious and i am really happy. What a lovely person. I will order again just because of that experience
