Seascape Cafe - PORT KEMBLA

A sunny day with a huge sea swell made for a spectacular setting for a breakfast. The meal was pretty good, reasonably priced and plentiful. Coffee was OK. The service was very good with not too long a wait, however being a bit of a chill in the air possibly kept a few away until later on. The highlight of Seascape is the setting. On this day the huge waves were rolling in smashing into the breakwater. It certainly made for a good morning out.

This was our second visit to this cafe which has the most beautiful outlook overlooking the ocean. Our first visit was for breakfast some weeks ago. We waited almost an hour for our food and the cafe wasn't full to capacity. We decided to give them another go today for lunch and were told it would be at least a 50 min wait for food. This was at 1.15 and with about 6 free tables.Needless to say we left and will not be returning. Either they have lazy staff or an inefficient kitchen but either way there's something wrong. It's reasonable to wait a short while for fresh food but an hour for a salad is beyond the pale!

The menu is excellent and of a high standard served. You have a great view over the ocean, islands and harbour. The staff are very friendly and the service is very good. Suggest sea oriented menu items with their fresh salads. Loved the beer battered fish and the salmon.

Waited 1/2 hr for rotten greasy badly prepared xxxx would not recommend,three terrible experiences I have honestly leant my lesson it's just a shame this rabble have no idea what they are doing

I didn't even know this place existed until afriend told me about it. Takes a bit of finding as the Cafe direction signs are non existent.When I arrived at this cafe it was full of lunch time patrons. It has a view of the ocean and surrounding harbour ... fabulous indeed. I found a table and had a great lunch at reasonable prices too. well done Seascape Cafe.
