Redefine Meals - Port Jefferson Station

Ive been coming to redifined on my journey to make a full come-back from a back injury a few years ago. Ive trusted this place as my go to for fast prepped food to keep me on point when I started a complete lifestyle change in my fitness journey. Its been an incredible past few months and having advice from Deanna has put the icing on the cake. Shes always happy to see you when you walk in and always directs me to the right foods to keep the diet as interesting as it can get for my goals. Its been an incredible feeling knowing I'm taken care of by her and her expertise when I go there. Also, being a first responder, Redifined takes care of me as well. Kudos! LETS KEEP GETTING IN SHAPE!
