Taco Bell - Port Hueneme

I?m always missing an ingredient or lack of. I come here all the time and the same item is made different every time..Management needs to be watching their employees work. I?ve spent a good amount on subpar food. Not sure why this is happening. There is sofew ingredients in each item.

The employees are always sweet; however they're not what this review is about. The plastic caps they put on their drinks; my drink had tipped over into my lap in the car ride home, like anyone else in this situation, I waited for the surprise of cold,icy, baja-blast and... not one drop spilled. I will not be disclosing how much I eat out, but I'm willing to bet no other fastfood could handle tipping from the center console. I just wanted to say I was impressed and happy I could still enjoy my bajablast.

Last night, I ordered nacho fries and discovered a baby cockroach at the bottom of the fry container. This incident left me feeling sick for several hours and I have decided to never dine at that restaurant again. I plan on reaching out to management to request a refund for the food that I purchased. Overall, a terrible experience.

This is probably one of the worst Taco Bell locations I have ever visited. They not only got my order wrong, but the crunchy taco they did give me was stale, falling apart, and overall terrible. The drink, which was surprisingly correct, had no flavor and was just carbonated. I will definitely not be returning to this place again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the black bean chalupas were. I typically prefer ground beef, but had avoided Taco Bell in recent years due to concerns about their taco meat. However, this experience restored my confidence in their other menu offerings. Despite a small mix-up that was quickly corrected, the food was flavorful and satisfying.
