Ganarascals - Port Hope

I walked in with little expectation for Vegan Options in a restaurant located in such a Small Town. I was shocked when I saw “BBQ Jackfruit” on their Menu Yes Please, I’m in! Then you notice the adorable decor, their chill music choices and get your socks knocked off with the stellar service. I ordered the Bbq Jackfruit on Sour Dough Bread with Dairy free Coleslaw and Julienne style Fries. Caitlin offered several drink choices, they all sounded great, but there was something special about her Arnold Palmer with crushed peaches we had to order more rounds You gotta eat drink here ganarascals (They’ve got all your food allergies covered Escape the city and visit the cutest small town in Ontario, Port Hope .

Went for dinner on opening night and was blown away with the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The food was perfect and simple. Ganarascals feels like you are eating at home but magically an insanely talented chef replaced whoever was in the kitchen!

Today a friend and I wanted to go for a cuppa coffee somewhere. We decided to go to Ganarascals. We just wanted coffee and toast and asked if it was OK. They were delightful.,and even came and refilled our cup of coffee at no extra charge. In this day of fast food and no service at all we were delighted. My friend will be bringing her grandkids back(they have an awesome children’s menu), and I know when my friends visit from out of town and we go for lunch where I’ll be going. See you there.

Lovvvvvve it! Couldn't make it for Opening Day yesterday so first thing this morning it was. Can't say enough good things....the food is amazing, just like home but waaaaay better (lol!! , atmosphere is cozy and inviting, service excellent! HUGE congrats to Caitlin and Matthew.......just delighted for you.....and for meeee to...haha!! See you again reeeal soon!!! xoxo
