フィードバックを提供するStopped in on my way through Port Hope today 3pm. The staff were welcoming and friendly. One older gentleman was meticulously cleaning the tables, chairs and floor and arranging the Christmas decorations ?His attention to detail made me smile he was proud of his work. The restaurant (including washroom) was spotless.Oh yeah, and my sandwich was perfect!Arby’s should be proud to have this crew representing them ?
Went to Arby’s last night for the first time in years, so I was unfamiliar with the menu items. I asked for the nugget combo with curly fries and didn’t realize it came with a drink. Instead of the woman at the till politely asking if I wanted a drink or mentioning the drink, she allowed me to continue ordering more sides, all while rolling her eyes and gesturing with her hands rudely. I work in fast food service myself so I ordered at a slow pace to ensure she wouldn’t miss anything. When I finished ordering, she then speaks up and rudely asks “What drink did you want?” I said I didn’t want a drink so she scoffs and says “So not a combo then?” Some places don’t include drinks in combos, so I wasn’t aware. I then had to reorder everything again, and she was rude the whole time repeating it back to me.The food itself was good, not the greatest in terms of fast food but for how much it cost it was worth it. I just recommend the woman with the weird buzzcut hair to work on her customer service skill, or find another life long career as she lacks the basic customer service skills required for a minimum wage job.
The food is great, the staff are very friendly and courteous, and the restaurant is very vlean.
I have dined at Arby's in Port Hope a few times before, and I can't help but notice that all the sandwiches with sliced beef taste very similar. While I enjoy them, I find it a bit monotonous. The restaurant has ample parking and a nice renovated interior. However, the food is a different story. It always falls short compared to the pictures in the marketing. My girlfriend and I tried the Arbynator and Wagyu burger with Montreal poutine, spending over $40. They don't accept Amex, only Visa and Mastercard. The staff were friendly, which saved the experience from being a 3 or 2-star rating. Despite the food's visual disappointment, there are worse places to eat in Port Hope. I just wish they would improve the presentation of their dishes, especially the Wagyu burger.
First time I've ever had Arby's. It was good, and the amount of meat that you get on the sandwich puts ALL of the burger places to shame. Was extremely expensive though, and for what I paid to feed just my wife and myself, I could have fed the rest of the family too at my local deli.
