Domino's Pizza Port Douglas

I'm going in. it is a domino, they order pizza. the place was clean, so the personal. the prices are on the market. they will not be disappointed if they had a Domino pizza before. the chain maintains its quality standards everywhere. a thing that makes this place something different, it is possible to jump into a super market while their pizza is prepared.

Order was due no later than 7:09pm after showing ready to deliver for over 30 minutes we rang only to be put on hold until it hung up tried calling back multiple times and either got hung up on or not answered at all when we did get through they told us it would be there soon when we questioned how cold it will be after being ready for so long we where assured it would be hot, but nearly and hour over due we are eating cold pizza and chicken meatballs. Not the first time we've received this sort of service from Domino's this is the same reason I stopped using them on the Gold Coast. Seems to be a national problem

Save your time. Initially ordered about 6:45pm; expected between 7:15 and 7:25. Order was “complete” status on the website at 7:30 (sus). There was nothing at the door. Placed a phone call at 7:40pm and was told the order would be delivered in a few minutes. Placed another phone call at 8:35pm and was told the driver was waiting for another order and would be delivering it soon. Staff seemed rushed and rude. Made another phone call at 9:10pm and were told the delivery person had been out about two hours ago and tried to locate us call the phone and couldn’t (discrepant to what we’d been told on a previous call) and had returned with the pizza. We were offered a refund.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Order 2 pizzas, garlic bread and drink at 7:50pm on Easter Monday. Watched the app on the progress. Noticed that they had been making it for 50min. Called the shop to see what is holding things up and got place on hold for 7min straight away. Then the girl said she couldn't find my order. Then after 5 minutes looking she finally found it. She then said that it's in the order making area and that it's going to be another 35mins. The meal turned up at 9:25pm which is ridiculous. There was another person's order that got delivered to the same resort and he said he put his order in at 7:30pm. To top everything off the pizzas were cold and the Pepsi was warm. Really need to unskilled the staff and put more staff on.

The absolute worst pizza of all time don't waste your money or time. Shockingly bad, no topping, cold, delivered 45 mins afterbitvhad been cooked it was just cold soggy cardboard. This is not an exaggeration.
