Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We want to share our experience today at Popeyes. Me and my family ordered 15pcs of chicken and half of them were not fresh and had a weird small. It also had BLACK MEAT!! I went to the counter to complain and then the duty manger talked to me and kept denying it. She was really rude. This wasn't the first time, I thought it wouldn't happen again but this time we were really disappointed. We love Popeyes but having not fresh chicken often is not going to work for me. I strongly do not recommend this location.

The service at this place is exceptional. Sure, we had to wait for our chicken because of many orders ahead of us but manager was very accommodating.

Great chicken, I like it, the atmosphere is to cold, like no warmth, just a “cold place to go and eat”.The food is great, its fast food obviously and the biscuits are delicious.I love spicy recipe, fries are very well seasoned

Grabbed some tenders for the family on the way home... Waited 20 minutes, had ordered mashed potatoes and mac and cheese for one of the platters and fries with the other meal. Got home to find out that all they gave me was fries in each. definitely feeling ripped off now. Also tried calling, but the phone number doesnt work.

Stopped for lunch while shopping today, ordered the original combo. I substituted spicy mayo for regular mayo on the sandwich, and got Cajun fries with blackened ranch dip. Absolutely delicious ? Food was fresh and hot, service was friendly and fast. Best chicken sandwich I've had in awhile! 5 stars ?
