The restaurant had a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere for dinner, but I wouldn't return for the fish. I can't speak to the quality of other menu items.

I wouldn't normally write bad reviews, but the food wasn't worth the money we spent. The steak sandwich was best a Brat-Rind-Dip, but instead of dipping it yourself, it comes pre-encrypted for you until it fell apart trying to eat it. The temperature that all arrived at the table was also from cleaning, as it came from the kitchen. Unsalted Soggy Fries. Overall no good experience.

We came across this restaurant and made a cozy afternoon trip to the port of Colborne area. This restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating and seating in a park next to the Welland Canal and the Clarence Street Lift...bridge. It was very interesting to see this bridge in action from our seats in the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of the menu. The Garlic Steak Sandwich and the Canalside Burger were very tasty, as were the accompanying salads that had cranberry, mixed cheese and pecans.

The owner was very responsive in taking an additional night in the last minute! Nice hotel with a great view.

I stayed at the suites above this restaurant and decided to go downstairs for dinner. I tried the strawberry mint soup, which was amazing and paired it with a tarragon chicken wrap, pickerel wings, and lobster mushrooms. Everything was delicious, and I even got to watch a ship pass by. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
