フィードバックを提供するI ordered online twice, and both times my order wasn’t processed despite receiving a confirmation email. When it happened the second time, I called the store. The girl who answered said there was no record of my order in their system. I showed her my email confirmation, and another employee claimed it had already been delivered. Just then, the delivery driver arrived at the pick-up window, but she had delivered my order to the wrong address. I had to wait for my food to be made all over again! I’m really frustrated!
I've ordered online from this restaurant twice, and both times my order was missing despite receiving a confirmation email. After encountering this issue the second time, I called the restaurant. The person who answered informed me that there was no record of my order in their system. I then showed them my email confirmation, and another staff member claimed it had been delivered. Interestingly, the delivery driver arrived while I was at the pick-up window, but she had delivered my order to the wrong address. As a result, I had to wait for them to prepare my order again! I was not pleased with this experience at all!
