Subway - Port Charlotte

I have been here a few times since January and was very satisfied with the service, their attention to my little idiosyncrats. No one who accepts the standard, I always ask questions how I can tweak the subway add-ins and the staff has always spoiled me happy. I recently ordered over the phone and came 15 minutes later to go smoothly, pay and take the exact order I had specified. The store is CLEAN, the Sub is delicious because it's what you ordered! We always come back!

Thurs 2/7/19 @3pm the nicest young man very polite knew his job. Def will go back esp if they have cashiers/sandwich makers like him.. good job subway for hiring him..

Ironically, a staff member from the Plantation Rd Subway directed me to this location when I called to place an order just an hour before they closed. They told me they didn’t have time to take my order, so I should try this one instead. I'm very thankful for that recommendation because every time I visit here, I am greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes. Each sandwich is crafted with care, and it feels like I'm ordering just one sub, even though I’m getting eight – they’re all fantastic every single time! One employee, in particular, stands out with her wonderful demeanor and remarkable attention to detail; her name is Diamond! I hope management sees this and recognizes her contributions. I'm definitely going to recommend this place to others, and I always leave satisfied!

It had been a while since I visited this restaurant, but I had a voucher to use. Our sandwiches were delicious and very fresh. I was really satisfied with the portion size. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken with bacon, spinach, tomatoes, onions, and pepper Jack mayo, while my husband had a ham and provolone cheese sandwich with mayo and banana peppers. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious!

Incorporate fresh ingredients and offer a variety of bread while guiding the staff. If something doesn't turn out right, take responsibility. It's always consistent.
