Prime Serious Steak - Port Charlotte

Incredible Experience! Decided to give Prime a try for my wife's birthday today. I was wary about getting a steak to go, but given their popularity, I knew there was no way I'd be able to get a table. Thankfully it's only a 10 minute drive. I must say these steaks were absolutely perfectly cooked. I had been afraid they would overcook on the drive but they were a perfect rare and medium rare respectively. I could not recommend this steakhouse more!!

We?ve been there twice in two weeks. The flavor of the food is delicious. Caesar salad is amazing. The wine flights are really good ideia for a nice price. Sangria delicious. Popover very good, when they got and crispy. Creamy spinach ok. Clam chowder really good. Carpaccio ok. Amazing environment m. Staff friendly. Just love it.

The restaurant is definitively a 4.5. Hidden gem in a town with not too many options. We found this place while traveling back from Naples. Steaks are from IOWA, and cut in place by the butcher. Do not expect a soft piece of meat from Iowa. Expect Real meat, flavored, and marbled as meat should be. Great baked onion soup with Havarti cheese with horseradish over a piece of popover bread. Delicious, perfectly prepared Prime rib sandwich, and possibly one of the best

Always get good service here and all 4 times my steak has been cooked right, I order medium and it?s not too rare but not too cooked. This time they over cooked my lobster tail and the waitress noticed before she brought it so she let me have that one and got me another (both were good). My girl got the crab stuffed sea bass and it was super good. I try to come on days they have the lobster stuffed mushrooms they are great

If you haven't experienced this place yet, put it on your calendar for your next date night. Everything was absolutely fabulous. Our server was polite and friendly while providing quality service. The table side salad and popovers were delicious! The appetizer of firecracker shrimp was one of the tastiest shrimp appetizers we've ever had..
