3 Pepper Burrito Co. - Port Charlotte

Gabby, the General Manager, is always attentive, friendly and personal. It clearly has a strong understanding of the shop and its customers and is looking for every diner to have an extraordinary experience every time. I prepared my order. She was polite, friendly and smiling through the preparation process.

This is my go to place for lunch. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff, especially Gabrielle, is always very friendly and she can prepare my order from memory! I have visited 3P dozens of times and have never had a problem on any occasion. I highly recommend them for a solid, tasty, affordable meal.

Giving 3 stars because: Pricing web pricing was much different than in the restaurant. Not sure what would have happened had I ordered online. Lower price or surprise additional charge when I picked up? The taco meal (the pork was delicious) was very tasty. Plenty of toppings and sauces available. However, because they didn't drain the meat well, the tacos were mushy very quickly. A real shame too because they were freshly made. The nachos and salsa were very good.

3 pepper burrito more like 3 employees with problems. all 3 employees up front had a poor attitude acted like I was an inconvenience for being there. Handed out the smallest portions I've ever seen, Topped off with showing up 30 minutes before close time them already having half of the ingredients on a cart being put away... Just when I didn't think I could get worse We decided to dine in for some reason... 40 seconds after getting our food and sitting down my burrito was ice cold... like it was out of the refrigerator. terrible service terrible place do not recommend to anyone!!! I definitely will be going back to Chipotle. I've been to this location more than once and it has always let me down. It's a shame this is so much closer to the house, but the 30 minute drive to Chipotle is now totally worth it. I would rather have a microwave burrito.?

The experience going in wasn't anything special, but it was clean. All employees were in the back and one came out and seemed to be in a rush so they could get back to their conversation with whoever was back there. The place was dead and I went around 6pm so im guessing their not too popular? Food tasted alright but not 11 worth. I feel like chipotle gives out better proportions for the . I liked i coule get banana peppers.
