Granny's Pizza Grill - Port Burwell

Just got delivery at our camp site. Great pie. Very friendly service. One more reason to camp in Burwell. Oh. And tasty wings

I went in and ordered 2 pizzas, both of them came out wrong. I tried to call to tell them right after I notices the mistakes, and they had already left before closing time. I called today, got an answer calmly described the mistakes they made, and I asked for a refund on only 1 of the pizzas even tho both of them where not what I ordered. She then tells me that the pizzas were in fact what I ordered, tells me she can't help me, so I tell her that's not too good for business, and she hangs up on me. Ridiculous. I should not have given her a tip, and wouldn't have if I knew I would be treated like this.

Omg I called them asked if they have on line menu they told me they had a fb page so she told me to go on photos at which point I pulled up there menu wrote like 15 things we wanted to try but they only had about 3 thing I wrote downReally if u have nothing on the menu then change it cause it’s a waist of people’s quality time

Very happy with the service and pizza, wings and quesadillas. We have ordered a decent amount of times, highly recommend! We just moved to Port Burwell and live down the road so we will be ordering often.
