Cheap and good food in Port Blair, just a small joint but the food here is better then various high end restaurants in Port Blair
Authentic Bengali Essen. No Frills seating, no set menu. Almost like Ur, sitting in a shelf in a Bylan of Kolkata and digging in Daal, Bhaat, Sabji and Bhaaja. Baked fish was the high light! Would recommend this for tourists looking for Bengali style rice thaalis (fish/chicken/Egg). And bag friendly! You also have other Veg Preprations, Rotis and Biryani.
My fav Bengali Hotel, ask for the raiwaala (mustard) machi
Fish curry was tasty and fresh. Polite behaviour got from the staff. Good atmosphere. Bengali people must try!
