Jamaica Breeze, Bar Restaurant

Food was excellent, but as usual customer service in Jamaica needs alot of work. The females that work there will bring down that restaurant. Had an interaction with one of the owners and he tried his best to satisfy our needs.

Absolutely easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Not only did it take us hours to receive our food. When we finally received the appetizers they were extremely cold. Main course took forever. Restaurant followed no form of Covid Protocols, No Sanitizers, Bathrooms are mess, not even tissue paper or hand papers in them. To make matters worse they charged my husband's card twice. I would never recommend this restaurant! Do NOT waste your time going there!

Fantastic atmosphere, delicious food and beverages, and incredibly friendly staff. The location on the outskirts of Port Antonio is perfect. A must-visit experience!

The atmosphere was lovely, and the wait for the food turned out to be well worth it—everything was delicious. Our server was attentive and made sure to check on us while we waited. We'll definitely return when we're in Port Antonio.

The customer service is lacking, and the food is never ready on time.
