Moshi Moshi Japanese seafood

Booked dinner via this app. When we arrived restaurant claimed there was no booking. Wasn’t handled well. Clueless

Food is tasty and fresh, and nice environment, but service in not proactive. The staff tend to wait behind the counter and don’t actively check in on tables such as to replenish drinks, ask if we need anything. Also, we weren’t advised the feed me menu wasn’t available at the time of booking, only once we’d arrived on the day and without apology. That’s not a good way to build customer loyalty

It is a bit hard to rate Moshi Moshi on this occasion as we when we arrived for the booked time the place was closed. Other visits have been very good but hard to know how you can be accepting bookings for a day and time when the place is closed

Love eating at Moshi Moshi. Great food, pleasant atmosphere and very nice staff. Looking forward to a return visit ASAP
